Providing high-quality, worldwide support for operations-grade software such as Antelope can be a big job. If we didn't have some way to channel that workflow and build on all learning experiences, the support task could easily swamp a small company such as ours, leaving little time for new development. Therefore, we are pretty strict about requiring support requests to come through our ticketing system via email@example.com. This allows us to work as a team to provide you with the best service. If you use alternate channels such as sending software questions to our individual email addresses or leaving phone messages, they will most likely be entirely ignored. At best you'll get a request to re-send through firstname.lastname@example.org. We do this so we can continue to focus our energy on providing you with improved, high-quality products.
Please do not email support requests and software questions to our individual employee addresses. Please send all support queries to
We will all still see the message. If you're fairly certain that one of us in particular may be best to answer your question, you can always begin your email with a greeting such as Hello Employee X.
For broader issues, we have BRTT Community Discussion Pages to solicit general input and feedback. Chief among these are specific Feature Request pages, some of them specific to individual pieces of Antelope software.
BRTT does not provide phone support. If you leave phone messages with software questions, they will be ignored. Please send all support questions to email@example.com where we will provide you with a timely response.
Please be aware that the Antelope User Community generously provides contributed software, hosted on web-sites maintained by the User Community, which may be separately downloaded and installed alongside Antelope.
BRTT does not provide support for contributed software.
